Life Link commits to providing services at a consistent level of quality while reviewing and improving the processes that support delivery.

Commitment

Life Link is committed to the highest possible level of quality, continual improvement and meeting or exceeding customer satisfaction. Quality is the responsibility of all staff, with overall responsibility held by the Board. Every person is expected to accept accountability for their work and support the organization’s approach to quality service delivery.

  • Identify customer needs and conform to agreed requirements while meeting or exceeding expectations.
  • Monitor and review service processes, identify potential errors and work to eliminate their causes.
  • Train staff to carry out work correctly the first time and accept responsibility for quality.
  • Build productive relationships with suppliers, public bodies, private organizations and partners, and expect relevant partners to meet applicable quality requirements.
  • Pursue excellence while maintaining honesty and integrity in every professional relationship.
  • Provide sufficient people, equipment and other resources to operate the documented management system.
  • Manage quality, environmental, health and safety responsibilities in line with strategic objectives.
  • Ensure senior management provides direction, support and accountability for the management system.
  • Review the policy for continuing relevance, suitability and effectiveness.
  • Appraise performance against customer expectations, applicable legislation and other requirements.
  • Use planned audits, management reviews and customer surveys to evaluate effectiveness and improvement opportunities.
  • Support consultation and worker participation, and promote a positive occupational health and safety culture.
  • Provide resources and awareness for employees, subcontractors and interested stakeholders.
  • Communicate this policy internally and make it available to relevant interested parties.
